PROJECT Description
Project carried out in collaboration with the agency HAGG ET BACQUET The Meztiva domain – named after the etymology of Megève – will soon take over the former Jumping International paddock.
It is the result of a clear desire on the part of the Megève town council to diversify its hotel offer, to develop and revitalise the area around the Palais des Sports and to encourage its business clientele. This new area will link the historic centre to the Palais, improving pedestrian circulation with a continuous landscape and the creation of an alpine garden by the development company Teractem.
The Meztiva estate is home to a 4-star hotel run under the Novotel label. The programme will also include ten shops, a restaurant and a bar, under which two-level car parks will be built, one public and the other private
